555 DUAL VARIABLE FLASHING LEDS
KS1002
This kit uses a very popular 555 timer integrated circuit to
alternatively flash two light emitting diodes over a wide range
of on/off times. The speed of the flashes can be varied by adjusting
the two trimpots. You can connect an optional buzzer (not included)
which will make interesting sounds. (While stocks last).

DELUXE
TWO TONE DOOR BELL KS1006
When you press the button a particular tone sounds in the speaker
followed by a different tone as you release the button. Hence the
name Two Tone Doorbell. The 9 Volt battery is not included in the
kit. However, we do include an instruction sheet complete with
extra work and investigations for students.

FM WIRELESS MIC. KS1010
Used for any kind of remote monitoring of sounds.This project
consists of a simple condenser microphone, which is used to
modify the output of a small radiotransmitter. The transmitter
works in the 88MHZ to 108MHz broadcast band, so you can
use a FM radio receiver to pick up signals. Price per kit is

ELECTRONIC SIREN

This kit features a switchable 'Hee Haw' or single tone and
variable pitch. The sound is quite loud and you can have a
lot of fun with this kit.
This time we use two 555 chips to run the circuit and make
a burglar alarm or a police siren.

8 LED CHASER
KS1055
Eight LEDS flash in variety of patterns when the program
switch is pressed. This can be reset by pressing the second
press button switch and different running effects can be
selected by pressing the program switch. The speed of

SOUNDS FX KIT KS1060
This project enables a range of sounds to
be created through
a speaker by varying a potentiometer and a Light Dependent
Resistor (LDR). An example of a few of the sounds that you
can generate are:- dripping tap, outboard motor, motor cycle,
a cricket. Have fun and experiment with other sounds!

LDR CONTROLLED MOTOR KIT KS1063
(new kit)
This project involves two transistors and a
Light Dependant Resistor. As the amount of light falling on the LDR decreases, the
resistance increases. This slows the electric motor and it stops completely when it is
dark. When the light increases the speed of the motor increases at the same rate. Hence
you have control over the speed of the motor. Lots of applications for this kit!
